THE BOOK RELEASE

IT'S THE DEPRESSION TALKING was released for sale this past Friday, Nov. 28th, on Amazon. I haven't made an official release statement. I am very upset with the formatting. I am trying to resolve the issue with no avail. Don't let that discourage you from reading it though, the story is still good.

I have since been invited to do a spread on holiday and seasonal depression for an online magazine called, "Connections." It is made especially for readers and authors. I am super excited about that!

I have also been volunteering on a mental health support & helping site, as well. I am getting myself out there. The support group is proving to take longer than expected, but that is OK. Anything worth doing doesn't happen overnight, as they say.

Starting tomorrow Monday, Dec. 1st, I will be posting tips to help get you get through the holiday season.
