STRESS FREE HOLIDAY TIP #1

Today is, December 1st, and the holiday count down is on! It's hard to believe we are here again. Now that we are past Thanksgiving, many of you will start your shopping and party planning. Sometimes the holidays can become a lot of work; Shopping, wrapping, hosting and attending parties, school functions, maybe traveling. Some may find the busy days joyful. Others may find it to be exhausting. If you begin to feel overwhelmed stop for a moment and take a breath. Find some personal time. What good are we to anyone if we are over tired and grouchy? Allow yourself a time out, make yourself relax for 30 minutes when you are feeling stressed. Take a walk, read, call a friend to vent. Don't strive for perfection, and remember this is a joyous time of year to appreciate the ones you love, and allow them to appreciate you!
