STRESS FREE HOLIDAY TIP #2
Dont expect perfection. When you are being pulled in a hundred directions something will inevitably go wrong. Perhaps you forget to buy the Christmas ham, misplace a gift, not all your guests show up. These things happen and it's okay when they do. 99.9% of the time we can correct whatever mishap we might encounter. It is that intial moment when we realize what went wrong and we, "freak out." Be prepared for that moment by knowing in advance not everything can be perfect. We are only placing more stress on ourselves when we have this false perception. This is true in everyday life as well, not just during the Christmas holiday. So jump in knowing a couple of mishaps will most likely arise, deal with them one at a time, and don't expect perfection.
