STRESS FREE HOLIDAY TIP #4

Be grateful. Being grateful can help bring things into perspective. When you are swamped with enough holiday plans to keep you busy for a week, I want you to stop in your tracks and choose three things you are grateful for. Be grateful you have plans, be grateful you have friends and family to spend Christmas with. Stop and remind yourself why you are doing it. A grateful heart will bring you peace of mind and a sense of calmness.
