STRESS FREE HOLIDAY TIP #5
Take your medication. This time of year can be very stressful and moods can easily fluctuate, especially for someone with a mood disorder. It is extremely important to your mental health and overall well-being to remember your meds. If you have ever missed a dose for a significant amount of time, than you know the side effects; irritability, mood swings, and feelings of exhaustion. Just to name a few. Keep your medication some place where you will see it daily. Do it for yourself and your loved ones!
